History

The first company of the Satex Group started its operations in 1984 in the island of Curacao by Mr. Sidonio and Mr. Agostinho Teixeira with the name of Satex Agencies N.V. with the purpose of commercializing basic need products of mass consumption (flour, tomato paste, baked goods, candies, etc.).

In the year of 1991 Satex Agencies (Aruba) N.V. started its operations under the direction of Mr. Pedro Teixeira in the island of Aruba.

Satex Agencies (Aruba) N.V. is directed and backed up logistically (administrative procedures, suppliers, market data, etc.) by Satex Agencies N.V. (Curacao), Bonaire is attended by Satex Agencies Curacao who bimonthly sends salesmen to attend its clients.

From the beginning Satex has dedicated itself to the import and distribution of mass products sold in the market, enjoying of a good name among its clientele on the islands and distinguishing itself for its good service and the attention it has provided over the years.

Today Satex represents companies from several countries over the world, among others: Canada, United States, Guatemala, México, Venezuela, Colombia, Perú, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Turkey, Thailand, etc., counting with excellent commercial references and fulfilling the markets demands.
